Jaima Timber and Shuttering Private Limited was incorporated on February 10, 2017, under the Companies Act, 2013. Before incorporation, the business operated as a proprietorship under the name “Jaima Timber and Shuttering” since 2004. We exclusively serve dealers who retail shuttering plywood to builders and contractors. With a growing vision to capture a significant share of the shuttering plywood market, our aim is to become the central distribution hub for dealers across Mumbai and later throughout Maharashtra.
Currently, we have a strong network of over 200 retailers spread across Mumbai, Thane, and Raigad districts. Our warehouse, located in Turbhe MIDC, is strategically positioned at the center of our target market, enabling efficient logistics and timely supply. The company operates with a dedicated team of seven employees, who manage daily operations with professionalism, commitment, and passion.
