Executive Summary

The company which we are promoting is Jaima Timber and Shuttering Private Limited. It is keen in doing Wholesale Business of Shuttering Plywood since 2004. Shuttering Plywood is nothing but highly densified plywood with a smooth film coating on both sides of the faces and is used primarily for cement formworks during construction of buildings. The plywood is made with the strength to hold the weight of poured concrete. Our product gives a tough competition to the products of our competitors. We have developed some unique ways to attract customers and ensure that they get the best results and repetition.

Introduction

Jaima Timber and Shuttering Private Limited was incorporated on this Tenth day of February Two Thousand Seventeen under the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) and that the company is limited by shares. Since 2004 it was a Proprietorship Firm Named as Jaima Timber and Shuttering till 2017.

Our company only deals with the dealers who are selling Shuttering Plywood at Retail Counters to the Builders and Contractors. Our intentions are to obtain market share and become the central hub of providing shuttering plywood to all the dealers across Mumbai and later Maharashtra. At present we have a dealer network of around 60 Retailers across Mumbai, Thane and Raigad District.

Our Godown is located in Turbhe MIDC which is centralized itself directly in position to the location of our target market. We believe that this is critical to our initial success and long term growth.

We have currently seven employees who handle our day to day work with immense pleasure and dedication.

We encourage the creativity by making our product better day by day at affordable prices. We visit market everyday by planning area to cover and understand the needs of our buyer. Our product meets the requirement of Indian Standards in all instances. We sell our product in our reputed Registered Brand Name that is “Maroon Shield”. It’s been around twenty years since we are into this business and we have successfully established our Brand Name across our dealers. Many of our customers have developed their business from our product by selling related item with plywood like Falli, Munda, Bamboo and Silver Wood. We help in creating business opportunities for our customers by selling guaranteed product with specified Repetition.
